WHEN TWO JOBS ARE NOT ENOUGH

Hunger is sometimes hard to see on the surface. Matthew and Evelyn both work—Evelyn in retail, Matthew as a restaurant manager—and they own a home. But the two jobs just aren’t enough.

“ It’s helping us get by. Our house payments just keep going up.” —MATTHEW

STAMP OUT HUNGER ON MAY 12

The annual Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive takes place on May 12 this year, and we hope you’ll be a part of it! All you have to do is leave nonperishable food items for your mail carrier in a bag next to your mailbox. This is our largest food drive of the year, and helps us restock our shelves at a time of year when our donations tend to drop significantly. Any food items you donate will go directly to our neighbors in need here in South Dakota.
